Indigo has a beautiful studio space and variety of classes to make working out seem like more of a party than exercise. Whether breathing through Yoga stretches,  or sweating out your stress with the Latin rythms of Zumba®.  Indigo has been offering massage therapy services in Defiance for over six years. After a recent renovation, the owner Annette Miller, L.M.T., has added licensed estheticians Annie Beauprez, and Leah Den Herder; and oriental medicine practitioner Andrea Cline, L.Ac., to her team.
